Personal and shared workspaces
Your personal workspace uses the same Projects, Tasks, Programs, and Views as a shared workspace. It has no member roster or Teams because nobody else belongs to it. A shared workspace owns its people, work, terminology, connections, and publishing addresses. Switching workspaces changes that whole context.Add and manage members
Open Settings → Members & Access inside a shared workspace. The available roles are:
The role sets a baseline. Docket still checks access to the specific work someone opens or changes.
Hiding an admin link is not the security boundary; the API rejects an unauthorized action too.
People and Teams
People lists everyone the workspace tracks, including people who do not sign in. Teams group members and own task workflows, cycles, instructions, and triage queues. A Team is not an assignee. Assign work to a person or an agent.Change the workspace itself
Open Settings → General to change the name, purpose, address, logo, and terminology. Open Billing to see the workspace’s Docket Pro status and available billing action.Personal settings stay under the Personal group even while the settings switcher points at a
shared workspace. Your profile, sign-in methods, and notifications do not become workspace data.
