Connect Lovelace
1
A Lovelace account
Lovelace Lattice is the compute network this runs on.
2
A paired machine
A laptop or desktop running the Lattice daemon in front of Ollama or LM Studio.
3
Authorize Docket
Choose Connect with Lovelace in Settings → Athena. A supported browser opens its native
Lovelace account dialog; otherwise, Docket continues on Lovelace’s page. Then pick a paired
machine.
How Docket sends a request to your machine
Your computer polls outward. You open no inbound port, run no tunnel, and accept no callback from the cloud into your home network. Docket sends the request to Lovelace’s hosted gateway. Your daemon reads it on its next poll, runs it, and sends the reply back the same way.Docket never talks to your device. It talks to the gateway. Your machine is unaddressable from
the internet.
What runs where
Sessions, proposals, approvals, and permissions work exactly as they do otherwise. See
