Open Graph inside a workspace to see how Tasks break down and block one another. Open the graph
from a Project or Task detail page when you want the same Task canvas narrowed to that work.
Read the graph
Parent and subtask lines show decomposition. Directed dependency lines show what blocks what. These
are separate relationships: making a Task a subtask does not make either Task block the other.
Use the view controls to filter the graph, group work, change density, fit the current selection, or
lay the graph out again. Search by title from the graph toolbar.
Edit one or many items
Select a Task to open its details. Select several Tasks to change shared properties in one
operation. Mixed values stay visible until you choose a replacement or clear them.
The selection controls can change supported properties, add or remove relationships, and move work
to trash. A batch fails as one operation when any selected item is invalid or outside your access.
It never applies half of the requested change.
Undo canvas changes
Graph keeps an undo and redo history for changes made in the current canvas session. Docket checks
the current records before it replays a change. It will not overwrite a collaborator’s newer edit
just to restore an older canvas state.
Moving a Task to trash is recoverable. Project dependencies use their own canvas in the Projects
view, where Project deletion remains a separate manage-only action.
Undo history belongs to the current canvas session. Do not treat it as a permanent version
history.
