Docket records time from timers, past-time entries, and agent sessions. The Time page is your private work history. Other members do not get a copy of your personal review.

Start a timer where the work is

Start a task timer from the task, Today, Calendar, or the Focus panel in the utility rail. Pause, resume, or stop it from Focus without leaving the page you are using. Starting a different timer closes the current interval before it opens the next one. Docket does not infer time from a status change or a calendar event.

Add time after the fact

Select Add past time when you forgot to start a timer. Choose the date, start and end times, workspace, and optional Project, Task, or category. Open a session in the history to edit or remove it when the record allows changes.

Choose the period

Review a Day, Week, Month, Cycle, or Custom range. Use the arrows to move the selected period backward or forward. The page stores the period and filters in the URL. You can return to the same review or open it on another device.

Filter the records

Use Filters to narrow the history by workspace, Project, Task, category, capture source, or other available fields. Active filters appear above the results and can be removed one at a time.

Compare human and agent effort

Choose Human effort, Agent effort, or Combined effort. Then use Break down by to group the total by:
  • Workspace
  • Project
  • Task
  • Category
  • Capture source
Select a breakdown row to open the sessions behind that total. Docket keeps the total and the underlying records connected, so you can check where a number came from.
