Status: prerelease.
Docket established its initial explicit public REST compatibility contract. Before this release,
the public /v1 surface had no explicit contract assertion. After this release, clients may omit
Docket-Version or assert Docket-Version: 0.1.0, and every public REST response identifies the
contract plus its deployed source revision.
This release does not claim that every documented capability first appeared on 2026-09-12. It
establishes the version and response identity contract for the public REST surface.
Client action: accept the current contract by omitting the header, or assert 0.1.0 and handle
unsupported_api_version before parsing a response. Docket retains no earlier public contract.
